The islmic political system is directly responsible for protecting the society and individuals from crime before happening ,this come through the adoption and the applying of a set of protective measures .As the duty of the islmic political system is the reclamation of humans by leading them to the safe way sooner or later.The role of the islamic political system in protecting from crime represented in general rules, which applying and taking care of it ensures the achieving of safety ,the stability of organization and the disappearance of crime in the islamic society .This is clearly shown in the protection of the country to the rights and public freedoms, its applying to the lawful sanctions that are reprsented in legal punishments and its protecting to ethics and public morals with establishing it in the society
