The strength is characterized by speed and agility and the accuracy of beating overwhelming volleyball and for the tests of dimension , And the presence of statistically significant differences between the results of the tests of the two groups of research in the development of strength characterized by speed and agility and accuracy of beating overwhelming volleyball, and the researchers addressed the theoretical studies to complete the research, researchers used the experimental method in the style of the two groups. The research community was determined by the players of the team of the University of Samarra in Volleyball 2017-2018. In light of these addresses, the researchers reached the most important of them:-Significant differences between the results of the tribal and remote tests of the two groups of research in all physical abilities and for the tests of dimension.-There were no significant differences between the results of the tribal and remote tests of the control group in the speed test of the two men.-Significant differences were found between the results of the remote tests of the two groups of research in all physical abilities and skill and for the benefit of the experimental group.
