ملخص الدراسة:

Qansarin's strip is a very important part of Al Sham countries and Kanaan land, where the Arab kanaanite lived since the early time. It was governed by different kingdoms and it faced many different political, administrative, social, cognitive, geographical and physical events. Furthermore, it clearly affected other adjacent strips and has developed mutual relationship with its neighboring countries according to the varying political trends governmental methodologies, and people’s customs in these different countries. This study aimed at recognizing Qansarin's strip in terms of its site, rank, and importance. In addition, it aimed at studying the geographical and historical development and recognizing the political, social, economical cognitive, and urban situations of Qansarin's strip from the Islamic conquest until the Umayyad State. This study importance comes from being among the few studies that highlighted the history of Qansarin's strip. It is also important because it is concerned with clarifying the role and attitude of Qansarin's strip towards the Islamic da’wa and conquest, in addition to the revolutions and opposition movements initiated against the Umayyad State. The researcher used the historical analysis method based on collecting accurate information, analyzing and studying it to conclude the results. Study’s most important results: The Umayyad Caliphs had given a special care to the Qansarin's strip as they built many palaces, castles and towns because of their strategic importance on the Byzantium state border. Racial diversity had an essential role in Qansarin's strip including Muslims, Christians, Jewish, Armasics and Turkish. Study’s most important recommendation: The researcher recommended other researches to carry out further studies on Qansarin's strip in particular and Al Sham countries in general due to their strategic importance through the stages which have not been studied before. This is essential to understand the whole complete historical image of this area of the Islamic World.
