Based on the results, there is about 40 % of the surveyed engineers have never received any safety training, the main reasons for not attending safety training is unavailability of safety training, also the pressure and long hours of work that do not allow enough time to undertake such trainings besides there is no encouragement from the employer to have trainings. It was found also that site engineers responded positively towards aspects of Safety Culture including: commitment, priority of safety, communication, safety involvement, shared perception about safety and physical work environment. Also the results showed that the eight components of safety culture in workplace are approved in percentages between 52.1% and 74.49%, where 6 out of 8 factors were positive, while only 2 factors had a negative percentage and these are “"safety rules and procedures", "Personal appreciation of risk". It was found that construction site engineers have a moderate safety culture.
