ملخص الدراسة:

The study Aim: The study aimed to investigate the degree of sustainable leadership practice among school principals of United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) schools’ in Gaza Governorates and its relation to the level of the quality of working life among their teachers. Methodology: The researcher adopted the analytical-descriptive approach. Study tools: To achieve the study objectives, two questionnaires. The questionnaire for sustainable leadership consisted of (33) items distributed into (3) domains , while the questionnaire for quality of working life consisted of (25) items distributed into (3) domains . Study Sample: the study sample consisted of (350) male and female teachers .The study used the statistical package for the social sciences (SPSS). The study most important findings were as follows: - The degree of sustainable leadership practice among (UNRWA) schools' principals was very large with a percentage weight of (80.80%). - There were no differences in the degree of sustainable leadership practice among (UNRWA) school principals attributed to the study variables of gender, academic qualification, and years of service, with the exception of the school gender variable. However, there were differences in the total score and the domain of materialistic and financial resources in favor of male schools and coed-schools. - The quality level of the UNRWA schools teachers’ working life in Gaza Governorates was highly large with a percentage weight of (70.40%). - There were no differences in the quality level of working life among UNRWA schools’ teachers attributed to the variable of qualification with the exception of the domain of human relations in favor of bachelor's campaign, and the educational stage, with the exception of the domain of human relations, in favor of the primary school stage. - There was a positive correlational relationship (proportional) with a statistical significance between the mean estimates of respondents of the degree of sustainable leadership practice among (UNRWA) schools' principals and the mean estimates of the quality level of working life among UNRWA schools' teachers in Gaza Governorates. The study suggested a set of recommendations which are as follows: - It is necessary to promote the practice of sustainable leadership in girls' schools in all domains in UNRWA schools. - Working life quality should be applied in all UNRWA schools, regardless of their gender, because of its importance for promoting employees' motivation towards work.
