ملخص الدراسة:

Abstract Study aim: This study aimed to investigate the impact of using the strategy of educational stations on developing the concepts and decision-making skills in technology among female sixth graders. Study tool: A test to measure the concepts contained in the fourth unit (Medical Technology). A test to measure the skills of decision-making included in the fourth unit (Medical technology). Study sample: The study was applied on (63) students distributed into two classes (control and experimental group) of Um Al-Qura Co-Elementary School, west of the City of Gaza. Study Approach: The researcher used the experimental approach to investigate the impact of the strategy of educational stations on developing the concepts and decision-making skills. She also used the descriptive approach to analyze the content and interpret the results. Study most important findings: There were statistically significant differences at (α = 0.05) between the mean scores of the control group and those of the experimental one in the test of concepts in favor of the experimental group. There were statistically significant differences at (α = 0.05) between the mean scores of the control group and those of the experimental group in the test of decision-making skills in favor of the experimental group. This demonstrated the effectiveness of the educational stations strategy in developing concepts and decision-making skills of the basic sixth grade students in technology. Study most important recommendations: It is necessary that technology teachers use the strategy of educational stations in teaching technology. Teachers and supervisors should be trained to use the strategy of educational stations in teaching technology so as to achieve many of the desired educational objectives, which comprise the concepts and decision-making skills in technology. It is important that teachers of other subjects be trained on and use the strategy of educational stations. Keywords: (educational stations – scientific stations – concepts - decision-making skills)
