ملخص الدراسة:

This study aimed to identify the level of using employment of educational technology in the Palestinian universities after the aggression on the Gaza strip, to face (meet) the educational and psychological consequences of the war on the Gaza strip ._x000D_
The two researchers used the descriptive analytical method to achieve the purposes of the study .The study sample included 74 professors, randomly selected and by %59.2 of the original community .To achieve this, researchers used a questionnaire consisting of 31 items distributed on two areas the level of using employment of educational technology in the Palestinian universities and the difficulties faced the level of using employment of educational technology in the Palestinian universities._x000D_
The results of the study concluded that the level of using employment of educational technology in the Palestinian universities got a great degree and relative weight %71.32 ._x000D_
The difficulties faced the mechanism of using modern educational techniques got a lesser degree and relative weight %86.90, and the results also showed that no effort to the variables of specialization and academic degree on mechanisms of using modern techniques, while there are differences in the university variable and for the benefit of the Islamic university and the researchers recommended to work on holding training courses for teacher how to use modern educational techniques to get rid of psychological effects of war and work to provide surfeits numbers of devices technologies needed for teaching and complying with the conditions of war .
