ملخص الدراسة:

Study Aim: The study aimed to identify the degree of availability of the requirements of entrepreneurial education in Palestinian universities in Gaza Governorates and to specify the most prominent proposals to promote it. Study Methodology: The researcher adopted the analytical-descriptive approach. Study Instruments: The researcher used the questionnaire and the interview as the research tools. Study sample: The study sample consisted of all the deans, vice deans and heads of departments in the Palestinian universities in Gaza Governorates (Islamic University of Gaza, Palestine University, Al-Aqsa University), whose total number was (166). Study most important findings: The total degree of availability of entrepreneurial education requirements in the Palestinian universities in Gaza governorates was relatively high with a percentage weight of (71.00%). There were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) between the mean scores of the study sample concerning the degree of the availability of the requirements of entrepreneurial education in Palestinian universities in Gaza governorates attributed to the variables of university and years of service, while there were no differences attributed to the variables of job title and academic rank. Putting forward a set of proposals aimed at strengthening the requirements of entrepreneurial education in the Palestinian universities Study most important recommendations: It is necessary for Palestinian universities to adopt the proposals aimed at strengthening the requirements of entrepreneurial education because of its active role in the development of higher education and the educational process. Activating the role of faculties in adopting the entrepreneurial culture and working for its support and development, and working to provide entrepreneurial, cultural and educational environment which supports innovation, creativity, excellence and achievement.
