This study aimed to identify the impact of the technical and security employment of electronic management in the development of knowledge management processes, on workers of the Islamic University in Gaza, and the question of the study what is the impact of technical and security employment of electronic management in the development of knowledge management processes, to the staff of the Islamic University? This study was based on the descriptive analytical approach, and a questionnaire was designed to collect data for this study The study concluded that there is effect between the technical recruitment of electronic management and the five knowledge management processes. _x000D__x000D_
There is no exchange of knowledge among Palestinian universities because of decrees of the Palestinian Ministry of Education in this regard.
