The Real Status of practicum and its problems from the verdict of teacher trainees in the Islamic University of Gaza. The target of this research is to get acquainted to the role of the faculty of education, the mentor, the cooperative teacher and the principal of the school in improving the standard of training of the student teacher. To acknowledge the problems that face student teachers. The two researchers used the analytical descriptive method. So they prepared a questionnaire which included (72) items. After reassuring of its credibility and stability it was distributed on the sample of (183) male and female students. After statistical processes the findings of the research were:
