Almighty Allah has revealed Quran to be guidance and counseling for people out of the darkness into the light, revealed to reform the country and the people, it is a safe and work accordingly has returned and won, and Kafr disappointed and lost. Since the Quran is based on reform and change for the individual and society, researchers has devised in this research methodologies reform and change creed, missionary and ethical in surat Ghafir, Pena, change starts with the individual first and then be in the community, the reform community of reform its members, and that the calling to Allah patience to invitees, and to be an example to them, was among the researchers approach Quranic fix what spoiled people in the fields of their lives and work to repair from the perspective of Quran.
