ملخص الدراسة:

The study aims to show effectiveness of clinical group supervision to reduce the pressures of work on counselors in the Gaza Strip, and the mentioned study was implemented on 24 counselors. The researchers have used the experimental method with pre and post design for both groups(control, experimental). The researchers have used the following tools: clinical group supervision program, the pressures of work to the researchers scale, the effectiveness of clinical supervision scale ,and use of statistical methods which consists of: T- test in two sample case, Pearson correlation coefficientt, Cronbach Alpha, ETA affection. The study has reached to the following results : The presence of statistically significant difference in work pressure between the experimental group and control group in post scale for the experimental group, The presence of statistically significant difference in work pressure to experimental group (pre- post) the clinical group supervision for the after scale, There is the effect statistically significant of clinical supervision to reduce the work pressure for the experimental group .Consequently the researchers recommended many recommendations such :Work as on the implementation of supervisory group programs ease the pressures counselors, generalized of the idea supervisory program, and it applies to all workers in the field of mental health and psychological counseling. students steps and procedures for reporting any illegal action in the Digital Communities.
