ملخص الدراسة:

This study aims to define the attitudes towards the peace process with Israel and their relation to some variables. The study sample consists of (992) Palestinian refugees in Gaza and Lebanon. The researcher prepared an attitude scale to assess the same towards the peace process. The findings show that the Palestinian refugees attitudes towards the peace process are negative, with no variation in the educational level variable. However, the findings show variations in the attitudes attributed to sex variable in favor of females. In addition, the study shows a higher level of negativity among the Palestinian refugees in Lebanon compared to those in Gaza Strip. There are also variations attributed to political affiliation variable. Fateh affiliates had positive attitudes while Hamas and Islamic Jihad affiliates had negative attitudes towards the peace process.
