This research deals with the most important aspects of a miracle that the advantage of the Holy Quran and the Sunnah, that is, miracles legislative priorities in mind._x000D_
One of the extrapolated the texts of the Koran, and explores its verses, and contemplates the life of the Prophet Muhammad Peace be upon him in the application of the law of Allah Almighty up to a fixed and clear fact is the necessity of taking into account the priorities; to achieve the Islamic purposes of legislation with the provisions and their application, respect orders of acts or priorities in divine from the laws of Allah Almighty in religion and life and the universe is also the face of the great manifestation of the legislative miracle against the imbalance in the balance of human beings when weighing the value of the acts._x000D_
At the beginning of this research and I stood on the fact that the legislative miracle and the fact priorities, then reviewed some examples of forensic evidence to take into account the priorities, and I got to mention some of the manifestations of miracles in the legislative priorities into account.
