ملخص الدراسة:

The aim of this research is to study the impact of virtual laboratory of biotechnology on the students of the Islamic University in Gaza to develop the scientific inquiry skills, where this research took the developmental _x000D__x000D_
curriculum in developing the educational systems as represented by the steps of Mohamed _x000D__x000D_
Attiya Khamis (2003) model, the study sample was 20 students of students of Level II, in the Department of _x000D__x000D_
biotechnology at the Islamic University, and to answer the research questions, I used two tools which are tested _x000D__x000D_
to measure the mental skills of scientific inquiry, and I used the note card to measure the performance of _x000D__x000D_
students in the scientific inquiry skills, where the results showed that there were significant differences in proficiency testing to mental scientific inquiry skills between the two applications pre and post test for the favor of the post, also the results showed that there were significant differences in the performance of students note _x000D__x000D_
between the two applications pre and post test for the favor of the post
