ملخص الدراسة:

The purpose of this research was to find out the impact of using WEBCT on the development of the skills of scientific research among the students of the Faculty of Education at the Islamic University in Gaza on the achievement and performance side. A number of specialists were trained to use this list to prepare a scorecard for the students' plans to measure the performance of each member of the control group (26) and the experimental group (26). The card included (11) skill A number of sub-skills have been established under them, and an achievement test has been developed to measure the achievement of students in both the control and experimental groups._x000D__x000D_
Results revealed:_x000D__x000D_
There were statistically significant differences at the level of (α 0.05 0.05) in the achievement side and the performance aspect of the scientific research skills between the students who studied using WEBCT and their peers who studied in the traditional way._x000D__x000D_
In the light of the results, the researchers recommended the need to activate many educational material using webct because of its effective impact on both the achievement side and performance._x000D__x000D_
