ملخص الدراسة:

The cuneiform texts and particularly the economic ones areconsidered as one of the most important documents thatreflect the reality of everyday life. In fact, among the periodsof Mesopotamia the Old Babylonian Period (٢٠٠٦-١٥٩٥) wascharacterized by the economic prosperity and thedevelopment of economic activity which were reflected inthe cuneiform economic texts as an ideal material to study theeconomic and social conditions of that period. The presentresearch studies and gives an analysis offive unpublished cuneiform texts which are part of a set oftexts in favor of the confiscation of the Iraqi Museum. Therefore, their location and reference are not known and theynever bear historical versions except one text goes back tothe reign of King Warad - Sin (١٨٣٤ - ١٨٢٣)B.C.ninth dynasty kings of Larsa. This complicated the situationand increased the difficulty of determining the length oftime for the rest of the texts, but they generally belong tothe Old Babylonian Period (Early Old BabylonianPeriod) or as it is called (the period of Isin-Larsa, basedon personal names contained therein. These are commonnames as well as the way of writing that clearly markedand excelled large size supports the ownershipof those texts to the beginnings of the Old Babylonian Period. As for the contents of these texts
