The present study deals with the topic (Arabicized andForeign word) It is one of the linguistic subject that wasattended to by the linguist and grammarians in the past andpresent It is one the crossroads at which Arabic language meetswith other languages.Most linguists agree that the term ( Arabicized meansthat a foreign word used in Arabic but it is subjected to somemodification such deletion, additions or phonologicalsubstitution in order to be used correctly in terms of the Arabicrules. Some other linguists call it (Loaning).Whereas (Foreignword), for the linguists, means that the word in used in Arabicwithout any change made on it. It is used in Arabic as it was inthe origin language.
