ملخص الدراسة:

أجريت الدراسة تحت عنوان مواجهة ظاهرة العنف لدي طلاب المدارس الاعدادية بمحافظة الفيوم بجمهورية مصر العربية وهدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى انتشار ظاهرة العنف في المرحلة الاعدادية، وقد طبقت الباحثة في هذه الدراسة مقياس العنف کأداة أساسية للدراسة وهي تحتوي على ( 36 ) عبارة تتضمن أشکال العنف المختلفة الجسدي واللفظي والمادي وطبق المقياس على عينة تتکون من (450) طالب وطالبة، وقد تم التوصل الي عدة توصيات لمواجهة هذه الظاهرة وهي: -
- ان يتعامل الاباء مع ابنائهم بلين وحب وليس بشدة وعنف والاهتمام باحتياجاتهم الخاصة، والاصغاء لهم ولمشاکلهم وان يتفاعلوا معهم تفاعل ايجابي وليس سلبي لحل مشاکلهم.
- تنظيم دورة للآباء بهدف توعيتهم بخطورة العنف علي ابنائهم والمجتمع المحيط بهم.
- زيادة مراکز التوعية والاستشارات الأسرية وتفعيل دورها في المجتمع.
- تکوين جماعات مستنيرة من طلاب المرحلة الاعدادية تسعى إلى نشر الأخلاق والفضيلة بين طلاب المدرسة تحت إشراف التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي.
إتباع الأساليب المعاصرة فى إدارة هذه المدارس مثل الإدارة بالأهداف والإدارة بالوقت وإدارة الأزمات وغير ذلک من الأساليب الإدارية المعاصرة..
The study was conducted under the title: Addressing the phenomenon of violence among students in middle schools in Fayoum governorate in the Arab Republic of Egypt. The study aimed to identify the prevalence of violence in the preparatory stage , In this study, the researcher applied the measure of violence as a basic tool for the study. It contains (36) words that include different physical, verbal and physical forms of violence and applied the scale to a sample consisting of (450) students Several recommendations have been reached to address this phenomenon:
- To deal with parents with their children and love and not hard and violence and attention to their own needs, and listen to them and their problems and interact with them positive interaction and not negative to solve their problems.
- Organizing a course for parents in order to raise awareness of the seriousness of the violence against their children and the surrounding society.
- Increasing awareness centers and family counseling and activating their role in society.
-The formation of informed groups of junior high school students seeking to spread morality and virtue among students under the guidance of school guidance and guidance.
- Follow the contemporary methods in the management of these schools such as management goals and time management and crisis management and other contemporary management methods.
