ملخص الدراسة:

سعي البحث الحالي إلى الکشف عن متطلبات تفعيل القدرة التنافسية وفق فلسفة التعليم الريادي في بعض کليات جامعة الأزهر بالقاهرة من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس، بغية التوصل إلى آليات وممارسات تفعيل تلک المتطلبات بشکل إجرائي يسهم في تفعيل القدرة التنافسية ويزيد من القدرة على الابتکار لدى طلاب جامعة الأزهر، وتم تطبيق استبانة البحث على عدد من کليات جامعة الأزهر بالقاهرة، وأسفرت نتائجها بصورة مجملة عن أهمية متطلبات تفعيل القدرة التنافسية وفق فلسفة التعليم الريادي في بعض کليات جامعة الأزهر بالقاهرة، وأن متغيرات البحث التصنيفية لم تؤثر على نتائجه، وتوصل البحث إلى وضع آليات وممارسات قد تسهم في تفعيل القدرة التنافسية وفق فلسفة التعليم الريادي في بعض کليات جامعة الأزهر بالقاهرة في ضوء ما تم رصده من متطلبات، واقترح البحث بعض المقترحات من أهمها وضع استراتيجية لتنمية الابتکار في ضوء متطلبات تفعيل القدرة التنافسية لدى بعض کليات جامعة الأزهر بالقاهرة من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس بها.
The current research seeks to explore the requirements of activating competitiveness according to the philosophy of entrepreneurial education at Al-Azhar University faculties in Cairo from the viewpoints of the faculties staff members in order to develop mechanisms and practices to activate such requirements procedurally, which contributes to activating the competitive ability and increases the ability to develop innovation among Al-Azhar university students. A questionnaire was administered to a number of faculties of Al-Azhar University in Cairo for attaining the target data. The yielded results indicated the importance of the requirements for activating competitiveness according to the philosophy of entrepreneurial education in some colleges of Al-Azhar University in Cairo, and that the classificatory variables of the research do not affect the results. Furthermore, the research developed mechanisms and practices which may contribute to activating competitiveness in accordance with the philosophy of entrepreneurial education in some faculties of Al-Azhar University in Cairo in the light of what has been monitored from the requirements. The research suggested developing a strategy for enhancing innovation in the light of the requirements for activating the competitiveness of some university faculties at Al-Azhar University in Cairo from the viewpoint of the faculty staff members.
