ملخص الدراسة:

أهمية امتلاک الکفايات المعرفية والمهارات اللازمة لمعلمي الطلبة ذوي الإعاقة البصرية في الأردن. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف طور الباحث قائمة الکفايات التعليمية اللازمة لمعلمي الطلاب ذوي الإعاقة البصرية اعتماداً على الکفايات المقترحة لمعلمي التربية الخاصة العاملين مع الطلاب ذوي الإعاقة البصرية في مجلس الأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة(2009). وتکونت عينة الدراسة من(100) معلمٍ ومعلمة من العاملين في مدارس المکفوفين في الأردن. وأشارت النتائج إلى أن أفراد الدراسة قدّروا أهمية معظم الکفايات المعرفية والمهارات اللازمة لمعلمي الطلاب المکفوفين بمستوى مرتفع، وبينت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة أهمية امتلاک معلمي الطلاب المکفوفين للکفايات المعرفية والمهارات اللازمة تبعاً للتفاعل بين متغيري النوع، وعدد سنوات الخبرة لصالح الذکور الذين تقل عدد سنوات خبرتهم عن(6) سنوات، کما وبينت النتائج عدم وجود اختلاف في تقدير معلمي الطلاب ذوي الإعاقة البصرية لأهمية امتلاک الکفايات المعرفية والمهارات اللازمة لمعلمي الطلاب ذوي الإعاقة البصرية تبعاً لمتغير النوع، والتفاعل بين الخبرة والنوع.AbstractThis study aims at measuring the extent to which teachers evaluate the importance of cognitive competences and necessary skills for teachers working with visually disabled students in Jordan and whether they possess these competences. In addition, it investigates the significant effect of gender, experience years and the interaction between the two variables.The researcher developed a tool consisting of a list of competences for teachers of visually disabled students based on competences for special needs teachers working with visual disability suggested by council of special needs children (2009).The study tool was applied on a sample of (100) a teacher working for schools of the blind in Jordan; statistical analysis was performed using SPSS.Results indicated a low level of evaluation for most competences and skills necessary for teachers of students with visual disability, and a moderate level of the degree teachers possess skills.Never the less, they did not evaluate any of these skills as being in high or low level regarding the issue of importance.Results also indicated statistically significant difference in the possession of cognitive competencies and skills according to interaction between gender and years of experience in favor of males that have less than (6) years of experience. There are no differences according to gender and years of experience or the interaction between them in respect of the importance of possessing these skills.
