<strong>ملخص الدراسة:</strong>

This research aims to:-Building scale as for planning thought for handball players in the first Iraqi tournament. The procedures of this study applied by the descriptive method as it is suitable to the research nature as for the surveying way. The study comprised 140 player from the following clubs: Salah Al-Deen, Karbala', the Oil of the South, Al-Samawa, Al-Salmaan, The Oil of the Middle, Al-Kar'kh, Al-Jaysh, Al- Koofa and Al-Shurtta. The building sample included 94 player- 67.14% from the total research sample- whereas the applying sample had 46 player-32.85% from the total sample; in regard to the means of the data collection, the researcher used the questionnaire, individual meeting, analysis and reaching to the building. The scale of the planning thought for the handball players in the first Iraqi tournament: specifying the test fields, preparing the first form of the test, determining the preparatory style for the situations, preparing the test of the situations in their initial form as well as depending the scientific steps and procedures to build the test which are embodied by the arbiters' evaluation, the statistical analysis for the situations, the curious experience, finding out the right keys(solutions) for test situations, the differential honesty, the fixedness factor. Then, the researcher used SPSS method to get : the mathematical mean, the norm(criterion) deviation, the percentage, test(s), the simple relation-factor, Chai square, mode and the criterion degree.The researcher came up with the following Building scale as for planning thought for handball players in the first Iaqi tournament.The researcher recommended the following:-The possibility of using planning thought scale by the handball players designed by the researcher with handball coaches to know their players' planning levels at that situations.-The emphasis of the interesting in raising the planning thought degree for the players in the course of the attack and defense situations by the best form executed by the training members. -The coaches and the other members should know the final legal modifications in this game and taken it into consideration to form thoughts and situations as for the plan side of the attack and the defense.
