<strong>ملخص الدراسة:</strong>

This study aimed to identify the degree of employment of electronic administration and its impact on the development of knowledge management in the Palestinian higher education institutions, applied study on Al-Azhar University in Gaza, Palestine. The study was based on a descriptive analytical approach to suit the phenomenon under study. A questionnaire was designed for this study and the SPSS program was used to analyze the questionnaire. The study reached several results, including:_x000D__x000D_
1. There is a relationship of statistical significance between the degree of employment of electronic administration and the development of knowledge management at Al - Azhar University._x000D__x000D_
2. There is a strong and direct correlation between the financial, security and technical employment of electronic management and the development of knowledge management at Al-Azhar University._x000D__x000D_
Among the recommendations of this study are the following:_x000D__x000D_
1. The need to continue to pay attention to the use of electronic management of its five requirements because of their impact on the development of knowledge management._x000D__x000D_
2. Increasing the capital allocated to support electronic management and its role in the development of knowledge management.
