<strong>ملخص الدراسة:</strong>

This study aimed to identify the university lecturer role in reinforcing the moral values at the Palestinian universities .It also aims to identify if there are significant differences at the level ≥ α) 0.05) of the university students in their estimation for this role from their perspectives due to the variables (sex, scholar level, university , specialization).The sample included (527) students (males & females) from the three universities (the Islamic, Al-azhar, Al-aqsa).The researcher used the descriptive analytical method .The questionnaire and the interview were used as tools of the study. The foundations showed that there are no statistical differences in the students estimation the university lecturer role in reinforcing the moral values from their perspectives due to the variables (sex, scholar level, university). It also showed that there are statistical differences in their estimation for this role due to the variable (specialization) in the favour of the religious sciences. The researcher recommended the necessity to create a climate of the values by the administrations of the universities and to specialize a course to teach the moral values in the university curriculums.
