The problem of the study is to explore the Palestinian daily newspapers treatment of environmental issues, and the environmental issues that focus on it. It is a descriptive study that used the survey studies method and through it the content analysis tool. The study was conducted on a sample of 800 journalistic articles on environmental issues in Al-Ayyam, Al-Quds and Al-Hayat newspapers through the first six months of 2007._x000D__x000D_
The study revealed that sanitation issues came at the forefront of environmental issues, followed by pollution and climate change issues, as were most of the environmental issues on the West Bank and Gaza Strip, and the news were used mostly, as Palestinian newspapers devoted a little space to environmental issues .
