<strong>ملخص الدراسة:</strong>

This research deals with an issue in "Fiqh" in the field of Heritages. This issue is the "fetus's heritage". The research discusses what scholars say about the conditions of fetus's heritage, illustrating their point views about the minimum and maximum time of pregnancy. Then the research compares these point views with the modern scientific facts. Finally the research concludes to the necessity of clarifying the heritage of fetus according to the scientific facts. This indeed doesn't contradict with the roots of scholar's philosophy.
