الثقة بين الناس في أحكام الأحوال الشخصية في الإسلام pdf
📝 نبذة مختصرة
<strong>ملخص الدراسة:</strong>
Islam views the family as the basic unit and major cornerstone of a society. Therefore Islam assigned indispensable duties and obligations to the family with a view to establishing a solid and efficiently functioning society. In this view, Man arises as the pillar of the family. He shoulders the responsibility of catering for the needs of the family. Hence, he must trust himself and the others around him; he must be free of any suspicions or feelings of distrust; as these feelings may dishearten him and lead him to despondence and inability to cope up with the challenges of life; and consequently to his failure in his mission. Therefore, we find that personal status provisions in Islam seek to establish and consolidate man's trust and confidence in himself and in those around him.
