Employment corruption is considered one of the contemporary issues that threatens the security and development in the society. Beside this, it adversely affects the interests of the public as it leads to undermine the government and the policy in the country. This study comes to clarify the protective proceedings, through the explanation of their concept, types and the relation between these types. Then, it clarifies the effect of the right doctrine, the correct worship and the role of control and punishment systems in protecting from the corruption.
