This research discusses the issue of non-considered jurisprudential views and their impact on contemporary Islamic work, through explaining its history and development in Islamic jurisprudence, as well as the reasons for its occurrence and dissemination. The research also presents the criteria of the jurisprudential opinion which is not considered and clarifies the proper method of judging it. The paper also shows the impact these views on contemporary Islamic work, and on the workers in the field of contemporary Islamic. This research contributes to the development of solutions proposed to prevent the views of non-considered jurisprudence and its negative impact on contemporary Islamic work.
