This study explains the duty of responsible rules to return the mosques which were taken by non-Muslims and changed into temples. It is the mission of the Muslim ruler to destroy those temples and return them back to Muslims. In addition to being a right of Allah, it is a right for Muslims to protect the holy places. This is an issue of agreement among Muslim scholars.
