This study focuses on the matter of "human behavior", a fundamental issue in the Islamic Faith. Such issue has been discussed in the previous religions and old philosophy, and then transmitted into Muslims after being distorted. Unfortunately, many adopted it and spread it out among others. The present study, also, points out the matter of "Al-Jabr" which has become widespread in our present time, where some people try to depend on in their argument against and indifference to crimes and vices committed by bad people. Then, the study criticizes Jabreia and Mu'tazela, and refutes their fallacies by presenting evidence from Qur'an and Sunna. Finally , the study clarifies the Salaf understanding of human behavior which they extracted from Qur'an and Sunna.
