Absstract: As a term, "Accepting the Other" is seen ambiguous by the researcher. It requires more details and explanation because dealing with such term without showing other meanings that could be involved in it might lead to serious consequences, and they negatively affect the Islamic theology. To guarantee avoiding these consequences, we should fully know the meaning of "accepting", besides the meaning of "the other". In the same time, we achieve the aim of the study, which uses the title "Accepting the other".
