<strong>ملخص الدراسة:</strong>

This research deals with the study of an important Hadeeth of the Prophet Mohammed (peace be upon him), which talks about "taking down people their right places." The researcher has collected this Hadeeth's different ways and extraction , and has studied its script and what is related to it; including the collective Matn, shown its strange pronunciations, clarified the fiqh of the Hadeeth, the educational advantages, the juristic and advocacy issues derived from this Hadeeth. The researcher concluded that we must improve the literature with the people, and take into account individual differences between people, the stature of them, their social status and other rights; because the lawgiver did not differentiate between people in borders and others. so advocates and educators must follow up prophetic methodology, and to avoid complexity in dealing with people.
