This research focused on addressing a fundamental issue in the contemporary Shiite Imamate ideology; represented by the theory of Wilayat Alfaqih, That; to simplify the concept of theory; and a statement of its origin; and its development until it reached the establishment of a contemporary political entity. On the other hand, the position’s one of the contemporary Shiites, Ayatollah Barqa'i, it will be presented from the theory of Wilayat Alfaqih, which he absolutely rejected; and revealed their shortcomings, and religious and worldly transgressions, through objective substantive discussions; and attempts to make it in his life; in order to educate people, and warning of its dangers.
