<strong>ملخص الدراسة:</strong>

This study aims to outline the development of the Palestinian industrial sector in general and the sector of clothes industry in the Gaza Strip in particular. It also aimed to identify the determinants of the Gaza Strip clothes industry employees’ productivity and put forward findings and recommendations to increase the Gaza Strip clothes industry employees’ productivity. Study tool and sample: The study tool was a questionnaire which was distributed to a random stratified sample drawn from the study population from various areas of the Gaza Strip. The sample consisted of (138) members of the Union of the Clothes Industry in the Gaza Strip in 2014. One hundred and two questionnaires completed by enterprise owners and (101) completed by enterprise employees were selected. Study Methodology: The researcher adopted the analytical-descriptive approach for the study because it studies the phenomenon as it is in reality and describes it accurately using both qualitative and quantitative data. Study most important findings: The study revealed that the variables affecting the dependent variable the employees’ productivity determinants were: "The existence of moral incentives in the enterprise, production methods used in the enterprise, and the enterprise employees’ job satisfaction. However, the findings showed the weakness of the effect of the variables of "material incentives applied in the enterprise, the technological level used in the enterprise, the training of workers at the enterprise, and knowing enterprise’s ability to market its products. " The most important recommendations of the study: There should be other alternatives for exporting products abroad. It is also necessary to develop the clothes industry sector. Laws that regulate the sector of clothes industry should be instituted and applied. It is also necessary to appoint a body responsible for examining and developing standards for product quality. The study also recommended paying attention to the material and moral incentives and training of employees, as well as developing a plan for marketing products.
