<strong>ملخص الدراسة:</strong>

This study aims to investigate the role of As-Salah Association in reducing the poverty rates in the Gaza Strip through the economical, educational and health services it provided for the Palestinian needy people between the years 2004 and 2012. In order to achieve the study purpose, the researcher used descriptive-analytical and quantitative approaches, as the descriptive-analytical approach is one of the most used approaches in the study of social and humanity phenomena which the current study belongs to ,The study surveyed the beneficiaries using a questionnaire. Using the random sampling method, the researcher distributed (550) questionnaires among the study sample, of which (510) questionnaires, representing (92.7%) of all questionnaires distributed, were returned. The researcher used SPSS Package to analyze the questionnaire findings. The quantitative approach was used to build the Econometrics model to measure the impact of services (i.e. guarantees, health and education) on reducing poverty rates using EViews7.In light of the
