The research aims at providing a definition of the concept of information services marketing, its justifications, methods and the qualifications of a successful librarians involved in information marketing.In addition to the role of information technology, particularly the internet and the reflections of this technology on the process of the services of information marketing in libraries.The study comes up with the conclusion that the methods of marketing play an important role in the process of marketing, especially in the field of information services in libraries which lie benefit libraries similarly those libraries which hold their roles to develop the library services and finally to the benefits of library users and their attitudes towards the library.The two researchers see that this is possible if the scientific theories of library information marketing are applied in the libraries and if a suitable plan or mechanism of work is put and followed by the libraries and likewise if we provide a sufficient library staff, if we use the internet in the process of information marketing as well.
