Human development is the process of expanding people's choices by expanding human capabilities and functions. As such human development reflects the results achieved in the these functions and capabilities, which are very practical at the same time. At all levels of development there are three basic capabilities of people to live in a healthy life and have access to knowledge and obtain the resources necessary to an adequate standard of living. Human rights are rights which all people have by virtue of their humanity in common, and live in freedom and dignity. This is give all moral rights of people with regard to the conduct of individuals and in relation to the design of social arrangements. Human rights reflect the deepest commitments to ensuring the security of all people in the enjoyment of freedoms and the expertise necessary to live a decent life.
