In 1984, fundamental Islamic Front was established in Turkey "The Great Islamic oriental fighters Front". Its first aim is establishing an Islamic state in Turkey, then unifying Moslems all over the world.The front adopts the idea of reviving Islam within the concept of "The Great Orient". It depends on the principle of 'Al-Jihad' and the armed struggle to achieve its explicit objectives. The front calls all the revolutionists all over the world to stand against the octopus Zionism and American domination.The front applied its armed struggle in Turkey since the early nineties. It deals severe lows to Turkey targets and to foreign interests and establishments specially American, British and Zionist ones in Turkey.In spite of chasing, imprisonment and detention campaigns by Turkish security authorities against the individuals and leaders of the front, it still represents serious threat to Turkey.
