The paper aims at investigating weather workingconditions can possibly affect the worker’s performance andmotives as well. The research sample consists of workerschosen randomly. A two part questionnaire is utilized as aresearch tool. The first part represents general informationwhile the second represents questions answered by the sample.Through utilizing statistical methods, the study concludes thatworking conditions affect the worker’s health and production.Hence, the researcher recommends taking care of the workersthrough providing the suitable working atmosphere in order toinsure their health and comfort as well as increasing theirproduction.
