<strong>ملخص الدراسة:</strong>

The present paper reviews the didactic approach thatis followed in The book entitled: Al-FaDa Al-MuDii'aFi Sharih Al-Shadhra Al- (Dhahabiya)Authorad by AbnZaid Al-'Aatiki (D. ٨٧٠A. H.). We managed to figure outthis approach relying on a descriptive study. It Falls intothree parts . The first parts deals with the fundamentalsof Syntactic lesson reviewing hearsay rules،comparisons، consensually Agreed rules among thelinguists…… etc. In this part we have discovered the way whereby the author dealt his students in awaythat Services his students easily. the second part tacklesthe sources of the lesson، that we uncover in thisapproach depending on two tables: the first table is for thepersonal names and the second for the books the authorused to recite from . Themethod comesvery consistentwith the didactic approach followed by the author. Thethird part is entitled with "stylistic features inexplaining grammar" . It highlights the mostremarkable features of the didactic authoring of booklike: definitions،perspicuity، easiness، shortness،pleonasm، syntactic disagreements……etc.
