Investment is considered to be the main factor in the economy . that is because it is composed to be the base to establish and expand the productive capacity in the national economy . Iraq has many requirements and capacities to investment in all economic sector . there fore the FID has a great role in improving the Balance of payment through increasing out puts and reducing unemployment , besides its role in transforming the technology and development export .
