هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد الذکاء الإداري وأهم أبعاده. وتعرف واقع الذکاء الإداري لدى القيادات التربوية بالمرحلة المتوسطة بدولة الکويت. وتقديم بعض المقترحات لتفعيل الذکاء الإداري لدى القيادات التربوية بالمرحلة المتوسطة في دولة الکويت. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. ومن أهم نتائج الدراسة أن واقع الذکاء الإداري لدى القيادات التربوية بالمرحلة المتوسطة بدولة الکويت متحقق بدرجات متفاوتة من وجهة نظر أفراد عينة الدراسة، ما بين الدرجة المتوسطة، والدرجة الکبيرة جدًا.<br /> The present study aimed to determine administrative intelligence and its most important dimensions as well as verifying the status quo of administrative intelligence among educational leaders in the intermediate stage in the State of Kuwait. The study presented some proposals to activate the administrative intelligence of the educational leaders in the middle stage in the State of Kuwait. The study used the descriptive analytical method. The results of the study revealed that the administrative intelligence among the educational leaders in the intermediate stage in the State of Kuwait is varied in degrees from the viewpoints of the study participants ranging from the intermediate level and the very large one.
