<strong>أصبح التعليم الثانوي الفني الصناعي المتقدم في ضوء التحديات العالمية مطالباً بتخريج نوعية جيدة من الخريجين يمتلکون مهارات عالية الجودة، ولديهم القدرة على التعليم المستمر، وتطوير قدراتهم بما يتوافق مع متطلبات اقتصاد المعرفة، ومتطلبات التقدم العلمي والتکنولوجي، وذلک للتعامل مع سوق العمل الجديد وما تفرضه بيئات العمل الجديدة من تحديات. ويهدف البحث الحالي إلى تشخيص واقع التعليم الثانوي الفني الصناعي المتقدم وتحديد أهم نقاط القوة والاستفادة منها، وأهم نقاط الضعف التي يعانى منها وتعوقه عن تحقيق أهدافه المنشودة، وکذلک الوقوف على الأوضاع المجتمعية وتأثيراتها عليه من أجل اکتشاف الفرص المتاحة ومواجهة التحديات؛ وذلک من أجل وضع خطة استراتيجية مقترحة لتطوير التعليم الثانوي الفني الصناعي المتقدم في ضوء متطلبات اقتصاد المعرفة، ومن ثم تحديد الاستراتيجيات البديلة لاختيار الأنسب من بينها، وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي لتحقيق ذلک، کما تم استخدام أحد الأساليب الرئيسة في التخطيط الاستراتيجي وهو أسلوب التحليل البيئي من أجل تشخيص واقع التعليم الثانوي الفني الصناعي المتقدم في ضوء متطلبات اقتصاد المعرفة.</strong><br /> <strong>The Advanced technical industrial secondary education in the light of the global challenges requires the graduation of good quality graduates who possess high quality skills , have the ability to continuous learning and develop their abilities in accordance with the knowledge economy requirements. So that they are able to deal with the requirements of scientific and technological progress, are qualified to deal with the new labor market and new challenges posed by new business environments. So The current research aims at diagnosing the reality of advanced technical secondary industrial education and identifying and utilizing the most important strengths, and the most important weaknesses that it suffers from and hinder it from achieving its objectives. As well as identifying the social situation and its impact on it in order to discover opportunities and facing the challenges in order to develop a proposed strategic plan for the development of industrial technical secondary education in the light of the knowledge economy requirements. And then identifying the alternative strategies to choose the most appropriate one. The descriptive approach has been used to achieve this, and also one of the main methods used in strategic planning and that is the method of environmental analysis in order to diagnose the reality of advanced technical secondary industrial education in light of knowledge economy requirements.</strong><br />
