<strong>هدف البحث الى التعرف على أهم مصادر الضغوط النفسية التي يعاني منها معلمي مدارس التربية الخاصة في دولة الکويت، ومعرفة ما اذا کان هنالک فروق في مصادر الضغوط النفسية تعزى لاختلاف بعض المتغيرات الديموجرافية(النوع، سنوات الخبرة)، وذلک علي عينة قوامها (222) معلمًا ومعلمة، علي مقياس مصادر الضغوط النفسية من إعداد الباحث، وقد أوضحت النتائج أن أهم مصادر لضغوط النفسية تتمثل في کثرة أعباء العمل المطلوبة منه، تکليفه باکثر من عمل في وقت واحد،</strong><strong>و</strong><strong>تأخر الترقيات،</strong><strong>وضياع الوقت، والاعمال المطلوبة في اليوم الدراسي اکثر من الوقت المحدد لذلک، کما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق في کافة مصادر الضغوط النفسية تعزى لاختلاف نوع المعلم في اتجاه المعلمات، کما لم توجود فروق بين مصادر الضغوط النفسية للمعلمين تعزى لاختلاف سنوات الخبرة. </strong><strong> </strong><strong>The study aimed to identify the sources of psychological stress experienced by the teachers of special education schools in The State of Kuwait, and to find out if there are differences in this due to the differences of some demographic variables ( gender , years of experience ). The study sample consisted of (222) male and female teachers working in special education in The State of Kuwait. On the scale of sources of psychological stress prepared by the researcher,The study concluded that the five most important sources of psychological stress are: I have too much work to do, I find it obligatory to do more than one work at the same time, Promotions are delayed in my job, I feel uncomfortable because of losing time, The school day ends very quickly, It also found that there were differences in all sources of psychological stress due to the difference of the gender, in attitude of females and also found that there are no differences in psychological stress due to years of experience.</strong>
