<strong>ملخص الدراسة:</strong>

<strong>هدف هذا البحث إلى تحديد مهارات الفهم القرائي اللازمة لطلاب اللغة العربية في جامعة الملک خالد وتعرف مستوى الفهم القرائي لديهم، وقد اُستخدم فيه المنهج الوصفي التحليلي؛ حيث طُبق اختبار الفهم القرائي على عينة من طلاب وطالبات اللغة العربية بلغت (245) طالبًا وطالبة، وقد ظهرت النتائج على النحو الآتي:</strong><br /> <strong>1- </strong><strong>مستوى الفهم القرائي للطلاب والطالبات کان ضعيفًا؛ حيث بلغ المستوى الکلي لمستويات الفهم القرائي (93</strong><strong>,</strong><strong>43).</strong><br /> <strong>2- </strong><strong>هناک فرق دال إحصائيًا عند مستوى (001</strong><strong>,</strong><strong>0) بين نتائج مستوى الفهم القرائي للطلاب والطالبات لصالح الطالبات.</strong><br /> <strong>3- </strong><strong>هناک فرق دال إحصائيًا عند مستوى (001</strong><strong>,</strong><strong>0) بين نتائج مستوى الفهم القرائي للبنين وفق السنوات الدراسية لصالح السنة الرابعة.</strong><br /> <strong>4- </strong><strong>هناک فرق دال إحصائيًا عند مستوى (001</strong><strong>,</strong><strong>0) بين نتائج مستوى الفهم القرائي للبنات وفق السنوات الدراسية لصالح السنة الرابعة.</strong><br /> <strong>Evaluation of Reading comprehension level among Arabic language Students at King Khalid University</strong><br /> <strong>The aim of this research was to identify the reading comprehension skills required for the Arabic language students at King Khalid University and define the level of their reading comprehension. The analytical descriptive method was used. The reading comprehension test was applied to a sample of 245 Arabic students. The results were as follows:</strong><br /> <br /> <strong>The level of reading comprehension for students was weak; the overall of reading comprehension levels was (93,43).</strong><br /> <strong>There was a statistically significant difference at (001.0) between the results of reading comprehension level for male and female students, favoring the female students.</strong><br /> <strong>There was a statistically significant difference at (001.0) between the results of the level of reading comprehension of boys according to the school years, favoring the fourth year.</strong><br /> <strong>There was a statistically significant difference at (001.0) between the results of reading comprehension level for girls according to the school years, favoring the fourth year.</strong><br /> <br /> <strong>In light of the research results, recommendations and suggestions were presented.</strong>

4- هناک فرق دال إحصائيًا عند مستوى (001,0) بين نتائج مستوى الفهم القرائي للبنات وفق السنوات الدراسية لصالح السنة الرابعة.
Evaluation of Reading comprehension level among Arabic language Students at King Khalid University
The aim of this research was to identify the reading comprehension skills required for the Arabic language students at King Khalid University and define the level of their reading comprehension. The analytical descriptive method was used. The reading comprehension test was applied to a sample of 245 Arabic students. The results were as follows:

The level of reading comprehension for students was weak; the overall of reading comprehension levels was (93,43).
There was a statistically significant difference at (001.0) between the results of reading comprehension level for male and female students, favoring the female students.
There was a statistically significant difference at (001.0) between the results of the level of reading comprehension of boys according to the school years, favoring the fourth year.
There was a statistically significant difference at (001.0) between the results of reading comprehension level for girls according to the school years, favoring the fourth year.

In light of the research results, recommendations and suggestions were presented.
