<strong>هدفت الدراسة الکشف عن درجة ممارسة قادة المدارس بمحافظة النماص للقيادة التحويلية من وجهة نظر المعلمين، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وتطبيق استبانة على عينة عشوائية قدرها (585) معلماً من مجتمع الدراسة المکون من جميع معلمي مدارس التعليم العام في محافظة النماص والبالغ (1170) معلماً، وقد أسفرت الدراسة عن مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: أن قادة مدارس محافظة النماص يمارسون القيادة التحويلية بجميع مجالاتها بدرجة کبيرة</strong><strong>The Abstract:</strong><strong>The study aimed to reveal</strong><strong>the degree of Transformational Leadership practice</strong><strong>among school leaders in Al-Namas governorate from the point of view of teachers. In order to achieve the objective of the study, the descriptive linked approach was used, and a questionnaire was applied to a random sample of 585 teachers from the study population, consisting of all 1170 teachers of general education schools in al-Namas Governorate. The study resulted in several results, the most important of which are:</strong><strong>That the leaders of schools in the province of al-Namas apply a large degree of transformational leadership in all its aspects. </strong>
