<strong>ملخص الدراسة:</strong>

<strong>هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة مستوى أسباب تدني أداء طلاب المملکة العربية السعودية في الرياضيات والعلوم في اختبار</strong><strong>(TIMSS</strong><strong>). تکونت عينة الدراسة من (156) معلمًا و(67) مشرفًا من مختلف مناطق المملکة العربية السعودية ممن يدرسون ويشرفون على مادتي الرياضيات والعلوم. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة استخدم الباحثان استبانة للتعرف على مستوى أسباب تدني أداء طلاب المملکة العربية السعودية في الرياضيات والعلوم في اختبار (</strong><strong>TIMSS</strong><strong>) من وجهة نظر المعلمين والمشرفين(من إعداد الباحثان). واستخدم الباحثان المعالجات الإحصائية وهي المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية. وکانت النتائج کما يلي: </strong><strong>- </strong><strong>مستوى أسباب تدني أداء طلاب المملکة العربية السعودية في الرياضيات والعلوم في اختبار (</strong><strong>TIMSS</strong><strong>) من وجهة نظر المعلمين کان مستوىً مرتفعًا.</strong><strong>مستوى أسباب تدني أداء طلاب المملکة العربية السعودية في الرياضيات والعلوم في اختبار (TIMSS) من وجهة نظر المشرفين کان مستوىً مرتفعًا</strong><strong>This study aimed at finding out the reason behind the declining result of </strong><strong>achievement of the students Saudi Arabia in math and science in the light of the results of the tests (TIMSS) compared to other countries from the teachers and supervisors of view (causes - solutions and remedy- development methods) in some areas of the Saudi Arabia.</strong><strong>The Sample of study consisted 156 teachers and 67 supervisor from various Arab regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia who is studying and supervisor science and mathematics. To achieve the objectives of the study, The researchers used a questionnaire to discover the reasons behind the declining result of achievement of the students Saudi Arabia in math and science in the light of the results of the tests (TIMSS) compared to other countries from the teachers and supervisors of view, and will include tools to identify (from preparation The researchers).</strong><strong>The</strong><strong> finding of the study were as the following: </strong><strong>- The reasons level behind the declining result of </strong><strong>Performance</strong><strong> of the students Saudi Arabia in math and science in the light of the results of the tests (TIMSS) compared to other countries from the teachers of view were high.</strong><strong> - The reasons level behind the declining result of </strong><strong>Performance</strong><strong> of the students Saudi Arabia in math and science in the light of the results of the tests (TIMSS) compared to other countries from supervisors of view were high.</strong>
