<strong>ملخص الدراسة:</strong>

<strong>استهدفت الدراسة وضع رؤية مستقبلية للحاضنات البحثية بالجامعات السعودية، من خلال تحديد متطلبات اقتصاد المعرفة؛ واستعراض العديد من الخبرات العالمية في مجال إنشاء الحاضنات البحثية داخل الجامعات، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي من خلال تطبيق استبانة على عينة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بلغ قوامها (261) عضوًا، تم اختيارهم بطريقة طبقية عشوائية. وذلک لتحديد متطلبات ومعوقات </strong><strong>تطبيق الحاضنات البحثية في الجامعات السعودية من وجهة نظرهم، </strong><strong>کما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة: وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغيرات الدراسة (الکلية- الدرجة العلمية-الجنسية)، بينما لم توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير الخبرة. وخلصت الدراسة إلى وضع الرؤية المستقبلية.</strong><br /> <strong>The study aimed at put a Future Vision for Research Incubators in Saudi universities by determination the requirements of the knowledge economy;</strong><strong> and </strong><strong>Reviewing several global expertise in the field of establishment of research incubators in universities; the descriptive research method was used in this study through the application of a questionnaire</strong><strong>to a sample selected stratified randomly of (261) of faculty members, Determine the requirements and the obstacles the application of research incubators in Saudi universities from their point of view, There were statistically significant differences between the averages of the study sample responses are attributable to the variables of the study (College-</strong><strong>Scientific degree-</strong><strong>Nationality ), While there are no differences with statistical significance to the variable experience. The study concluded to put the future vision.</strong>
