<strong>ملخص الدراسة:</strong>

<strong>هدفت الدراسة إلى الکشف عن مقومات البيئة الصفية لرعاية إبداع الطالب الفلسطيني في المرحلة الثانوية بالمدارس الحکومية، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، کما استخدمت الدراسة أداة استبانة للإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة من إعداد الباحث، على عينة مقدارها (300) طالب من طلاب الثانوية (الحادي عشر، والثاني عشر) بمحافظة رفح، على الأقسام الثلاثة (العلمي، الأدبي، الشرعي)، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج أهمها: العمل الجاد بالتشجيع المعنوي من قبل الإدارة والإشراف على الطلاب، وتقديم تدريبات صفية إضافية للطلاب المتفوقين من الکتاب المدرسي وغيره، وکذلک تشجيع الطلاب المبدعين للانتساب إلى " أسرة الإبداع " في المدرسة، والعمل على تکليف هؤلاء الطلاب بمقررات دراسية غير منهجية عن باقي الطلاب، مع توزيعهم بين أقرانهم في الصف المدرسي مع توفير الحرية للطالب في التفکير والتعبير عن رأيه.</strong><strong>Abstract: The study aimed to reveal the ingredients classroom environment for the care of the creativity of the Palestinian students at the secondary level in public schools, the study used a descriptive and analytical approach, as the study used a questionnaire tool to answer questions about the study prepared by the researcher, on a sample of (300) secondary students (eleventh and </strong><strong>twelveth</strong><strong>) in Rafah, on the three sections (scientific, literary, legitimate), the study found the following results: work hard moral encouraged by the management and supervision of the students, and to provide training descriptive additional outstanding students from the textbook and others, as well as encourage creative students for enrollment to the "creativity family" at school, and work on the commissioning of these students study the decisions of the methodology it is from the rest of the students, with their distribution among their peers in the classroom while providing the freedom for students to think and express his opinion.</strong>
